You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Prizes are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

I always have problems with your site: last week with internet connection, now it's all day that the chocolate box is blocked and I can't claim the rewards. And what about all the events you take away from the game? It's just a game and please bring back the five level build a bot for previous levels You are bringing this game to the one and only purpose of being just a source of income for you and not a source of entertainment for us
