When I run out of moves it says connecting to server.

For almost a week I haven't been able to use my gold bars to purchase more moves to finish levels or get boosters. It just says connecting to servers. I have had to break gold crown streaks because of this as I have to choice but to give up.

    @jpollas6 Hi and welcome, try the standard troubleshooting tips and see if this resolves your issue

    Check your device and game are up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear the browser cache log out and restart your device and then log back in

    I'm playing on the mobile app. I have signed out and signed back in and restarted my phone multiple times.

    Hi there @jpollas6 and good day to you.

    Please try this method. Disconnect from/turn off your WiFi/internet in your device whilst in the game, wait for several seconds or more, then reconnect back the Wifi/internet. Try and see whether you are able to use your gold bars to purchase boosters.

    This could be intermittent issue and if it works, you may apply this method whenever you receives the "reconnecting to server" message.

    Yeah this totally didn't work I have tried several times to restart my phone disconnect and reconnect. Tried logging out and logging back in. This sucks I've lost numerous streaks because I couldn't get 5more moves to finish a level.

    The option to purchase additional moves to your game does not work, meaning your game is not fully connected to the server.In some cases, this problem may be due to the app error, so please follow the steps below again.

    Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

    If your problem is the same after doing this then you need to uninstall and reinstall the game app.(You will lose all stored boosters for installing the game app)
