If you have a King or FB account, then you can probably restore your progress by closing the game app and loging in again with your account. If you lost your levels and weren't using the account, then you can contact the Player support.
Choose the question mark and you'll be redirected to King's support centre.

Please make sure you have previously save your game. If you haven't, please read this article.
If you have previously sign in the game via King account or Facebook. Log out from your game by clicking on cogwheel icon i.e. setting button until you reach the page where there is 2 options i.e. Play or Retrieve my Progress. Click on retrieve progress and select either "continue with Facebook" or "continue with King account", which is at the bottom of the page. After that, you should be back to your game.
Please also check that your app is of the latest version and update it accordingly.
