Login Problem

I have been playing Candy Crush Saga since you went public in 2014. I am on level 1453 and play under the name Freeplay. All of the sudden I am back to level 1 as a new player. I tried logging in by can't. My old email is ****. That no longer exists. I am currently at ****. I sent you an email and you sent me back some lame answer about Facebook. I don't use Facebook. I need a real person to help me and not some corporate run around.

Hi @richcarson and welcome to our Community!

Your game and progress is saved on the account with email richard******@******.com, you can login to the account and change the email under the settings if that email is no longer in use.

If you have forgot the password to that account and the email is no longer in use, then it is not possible to update the email on that account.

Your other account with email r*******son@q.com I have manually restored to the same level as the other account, so you can continue playing there just in case.

@richcarson Hi and welcome, Firstly we ask you not to put your email in the posts as this is your personnel detail and could be open to abuse, so if you can dedit them out the post it would be better ( cog wheel and edit )

If you post your game ID i will ask our CM to see if he can manually restore your level, but you will need to post your Game ID.

Hello there @richcarson and good day to you.

I understood that you were playing your game with via King.com via your first email account and you've mentioned that the said email account is no longer exist. I assume that the email service provider has been terminated. If this is correct, then regret to inform that your level can only be recovered if you are able log back into this account.

As you have created new second account for the game, you will start at level 1. To ensure your new progress is saved or sync with other platforms, you may want to play in different platform i.e. Windows10 by logging in with the new outlook account.

However, I'm tagging our CM @Crazy Cat Lad and see whether he is able to offer some alternate solutions for you.

Meanwhile, thank you for reporting your issue and your patience on the above is greatly appreciated.

Let's see if we can get you back on track so you can continue enjoying Candy Crush Saga.

If you've been saving your progress, you can recover it again. There are two ways to save your progress: through King or through Facebook. Identify how you saved your progress before & follow steps accordingly:
- If you used a King Profile ---> Go to the Settings menu & tap the orange King icon, then just submit the email address & password you saved when you set up your King Account. Once that is done, your progress should return.
- If you linked your Game through Facebook ---> Reconnect your Game to the same Facebook Profile using the blue Facebook 'Connect' button. (Important note: if you share your device or have more than one Facebook Profile, you'll need to make sure the active Facebook Account on your device is the one you saved the progress to in the first place).

❗️ If you didn't save your progress with Facebook or King your progress was never synchronized. However, don't panic! ---> Player Support can restore your Levels manually.

First, make sure the Game is connected to the Facebook or King account that you want to use from now on.
Then, head over to the Settings menu in the Game & Help Center. Choose a topic and you'll find the 'Contact us' link at the bottom of the page. Send an email to Player Support from there so they can help you you to manually restore the Levels (remember to mention what Level you were on).
