I finished second in episode race and whenever I hit claim to claim my 5 bars it does nothing and keeps me in the same race

    Understood that you have completed the episode race and finished in 2nd place.

    Kindly disconnect your device/game from the internet/wifi, wait for several seconds and reconnect back the same to the internet/wifi. Try and play a level and see whether you are able to claim the prize.

    If the above fails, please email your issue to King's Support team via your mobile app (if you are using currently) or if you are log in this site, just click on "contact us" at the bottom of the page.

    I've personally experienced the same issue and contacted King via email thru my mobile. They will send a notification to me that my issue is being processed after few days and then a relations officer will revert back that they have credited the gold bars to my game. Please note that each case are handled differently, so your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

    @GustySpace10 Hi and welcome, Please try the standard troubleshooting tips and see if this resolves your issue

    Please check your device and game are up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear your browser cache, log out and restart your device and then log back in. See if this activates your reward

    If your still are unable to claim your reward

    Please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game,

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

    or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
