Syncing devices

I closed one of my Facebook accounts that I usually played Candy Crush on and started playing on my other Facebook account. And now, my games aren't syncing from one browser to another or between devices and I can't find where or how go sync them using this Facebook account. Please help! Thanks, Sandi L.

    Hi @SandiLievestro,

    the problem is that the game is syncing with your new FB account and not the old one. I suggest syncing with a King account :)

    @SandiLievestro Hi and welcome, please log out of the game and clear the cache on all your browsers and then restart your device and log back in and see if this solves your issue

    If not try logging out and deleting your facebook app and then clear the cache on your browsers. restart your device and log back in to the game and see if this solves your issue. if it does then reinstall your facebook app

    Hi there @SandiLievestro and good day to you.

    Understood that you have closed your first FB account and created a second FB account to play the game and there has been syncing issue going on between browsers and devices.

    Please ensure the following:-

    1. You have signed in the correct FB account since you have closed the old one recently as you may have accidentally log in to your old one. If you have signed in correctly to your new FB account, then;
    2. Please log out from your FB account before you sign in through another browser or device. This will ensure that your progress is saved before you log in to another device or different platform/browser.

    Thanks, partially answered, but I was also wondering how to sync between desktop computer, which is the main one I use, and sync with my phone and tablet. Thanks for any help you can give! :)

    @SandiLievestro Hi and welcome, syncing between devices should be as easy as signing into the phone or tablet with the King or Facebook account you use for your PC. sometimes you need to play a level if it shows as level 1 to force it to sync to the server correctly

    As our game expert tells you, when you connect your game via a Facebook or Kingdom account, your game will sync to every device or platform. If this is not the case then the game is not syncing with the server from your first device.

    Can you show me a screenshot of the game map from your first device?
