Background screen after watching video to earn life. Game programming mistake?

Since the last update on the game (maybe last week?), the game freezes when I watch a video to earn a new life. After collecting the life, screen shows the background with yellow flowers, field, blue hill, and sky only. I have to close the app then open it again for it to play. I feel this is a glitch in the system.

@heathermregan Hi and welcome, Every now and again there does seem to be an issue with one of the ads and the game studio will rectify these when they get them, Do you know what the advert is for so we can pass this on or does it not get that far
