Twice my team has hit the "7000" goal during the night and when I sign on in the morning I don't receive my reward I am already set up with a new team and reset back to zero. That should not be how the team structure works. How do I get the rewards/tools I should have received for reaching "7000"?

@52sam Hi and welcome, There are two possibilities, There is a graph glitch that happens especially when people leave teams which causes the graph to not register correctly. So it shows you have reached 7000 points but when you add your team scores they actually do not add up to 7000, in this case the scores are added in the background and if you team reaches the goal in the time limit your team is then awarded the prize,
If you have added your scores and the team has reached 7000 then you will need to contact customer support from your game
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
