I recently got a new phone and lost all my progress

When i logged into on my new phone, it asked me to sync with facebook, which i always do, however, it took me back to level 1.

any help is appreciated.

@tmalikesblue Hi and welcome, try playing a level to see if this forces your game to sync to the server correctly. Make sure you are signing in to the correct account

Hiya there.. Also make sure you have a stable internet connection after logging in and try playing a level
