Non working features
I used to get a chance every 24 hours to spin the wheel after I lost a board but the option to spin has been missing now for at least a couple of months. I also noticed that I'm not receiving lives from my Facebook friends. In fact when I look at the lives that I have stored I no longer see their thumbnails. I have try to clear cache and relogin to my FB account in candy crush, but it didn't work. Any ideas? Thx in advance!

@eric859 Hi and welcome, The free spin wheel is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible
There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives in the game, This is being investigated but at present we have no time frame on a fix for this

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this
The Extra Moves Wheel as all extra features or bonuses in the game may not always be available or can be found in the same version as previously.
Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.
We thank for all feedback on this and understand that you miss the free spins. We have passed on your feedback to the Game Team!

It seems that this issue has been going on for months. Why can't it be fixed? Wouldn't it be fixed by now if you were really working on it? Also, the free spin has been in the game since I started playung several years ago and dissappeared the same time as the FB lives issue. They have to be related.

@eric859 Hi and welcome, the lives issue is a new issue as Facebook did a platform update end of October and caused problems with sending and receiving lives again, This can happen as the lives are sent through Facebook and be affected every time Facebook do this
The wheel is not related i play multi device and lost it on my one device but still have it on the other two
