@chrissy08 Hi and welcome, Please log out of the game and disconnect from facebook (you may need to unistall facebook app if it does not work first way) Clear your browser cache history. , restart your device and then log back in to the game and see if this solves you issue. If not delete facebook app and do this and then reconnect and if all ok then reinstall the facebook app

Hi there @chrissy08 and good day to you.
First, sign out from your Facebook app. Go to the CCS app, and when it's at the game/home page, select "My Profile". It will bring you to the following screen. Select log out.
You then will see a message prompting "Sure you want to log out"? Select "log out" again. It will bring you to the following screen where you can see "retrieve my progress". Don't click it yet. Now exit the game. Sign in your Facebook app. Then, go back to your CCS app and click on the "retrieve my progress".
You'll see the screen below. Click on continue with Facebook and wait for it to reload and bring you back to the page where you can select the "Play" or "My Profile".
