When I start up the game the daily treat calendar pops up and says “next treat available in 10 hours”. That’s as far as it goes. The daily treat calendar is locked on the screen and I can’t close it out to begin play. Can anyone help?
@MarcS1967 Hi and welcome, Please try checking your game is up to date and logging out of your game and restarting you device and then try logging back in and see if this solves your issue. There has been two other reports of this today so may be a temporary glitch. Will tag @kiara_wael as she may be able to get someone to look in to this

Please try other options before uninstalling, as you may lose drivers. Progress is not lost on reinstallation. Have you tried logging out / restarting device / clearing cache / logging in? Those steps should help.
I would also try turning the internet off and back on again.
I would appreciate if you keep us informed of the evolution of the problem.

No, don't worry about progress, you won't lose it, as long as you're playing with a King account or with Facebook, of course. You must save your progress using an account. But in the reinstallation if the boosters can be lost.
