Sending and receiving live still not working
I know that the sending and receiving of lives is a common problem that has been being worked on for quite a while. Is there any update? I never see anything on the community about what is being done to resolve the problem. I am working with a team of players who are all connected with Facebook have the most recent version of the game and we have been testing out the sending and receiving of lives and it is not working. Is there any update when this will be resolved?

There are numerous complaints in the community, including on Facebook. The problem is with a lot of players. Unfortunately it's still in progress. We have to wait

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

I have received lives from friends bit they disappear when I claim them. Please help me please 😳

Unfortunately for many there are problems with sending and receiving lives. It's a problem on Facebook. It is being worked on, but it will take a while. That the lives disappear when you claim them is new to me.
Check out the previous comments and possible solutions. These suggestions may help you.
Turn off your device completely and restart it.
Disconnect from Facebook and reconnect to Facebook.
