1) Sending and receiving live not working...2) Server Error

I have remove and reinstall again the app, done setting everything within FB and apps...but still can’t received lives...

The server error usually solves itself in my case if I restart the app or the device itself, sometimes it even helps if I click again (for example in the daily spin). But yes, a common issue lately ...

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

The matter is well known and studios are working on a fix. At the moment we are just hopeful that soon the matter will be resolved.

The server error may be a temporary issue, please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this improves the issue
