I have remove and reinstall again the app, done setting everything within FB and apps...but still can’t received lives...
The server error usually solves itself in my case if I restart the app or the device itself, sometimes it even helps if I click again (for example in the daily spin). But yes, a common issue lately ...

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

@MayMay_1980 Hi and welcome, There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives. Unfortunately we have no time frame on a fix for this at present
The server error may be a temporary issue, please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this improves the issue
