@amost489 Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices your boosters are stored on the device itself so you can play offlline. So if your game or device crashes , you uninstall or your even change devices, your boosters are lost / not transferable.
All that is linked to your account is your level and gold bars

If you have been playing CCS in Facebook via PC in web browser and CCS app in Win10, your boosters inventory will be synchronized. Boosters are store in the device memory and not the game server.
Usually, the boosters will not disappear itself when you switch devices unless you have used them in both devices, the app crashed or you reinstall the app in either devices.
However, if you've reinstalled the app or you play the game in different platform e.g. King.com/different web browser, you will still start the game with full lives.
