Hello
I’am playing on an apple tablet, the game is updated, I have tried closing out the app and shutting down, no help there. I’m saddened to learn if I delete app and reinstall I will lose all my boosters. Is there anyway to not have that happen? Game loads the daily prize but then freezes. We have waited several days thinking it will allow me to play. Thanks, Pam

If the game keep freezing or crashing even after you've performed all the basic troubleshooting methods that you've mentioned. The only way is to reinstall the game and yes, you will loose the boosters.
However, please back up your app now in your iTunes before you reinstall to ensure that your progress and/or boosters are saved. After you've reinstalled the app in your tablet or install the app in iPhone, you can sync the app in iTunes with your device and your progress and boosters (hopefully) may be transferred accordingly. I think @bearwithme can provide further guidance on this area.

@pamelaellis Hi and welcome, As stated above the issue is being investigated but we will have to be patient
For iphone ipad, try force closing the game and clearing the cache in safari and log out and restart your device to see if this helps
If this does not work the only option at present is to wait for a fix or to reinstall the game as a few people have reported this solves the issue, but in doing this if a mobile device you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES, but hopefully the issue will be resolved soon

Hello @pamelaellis. Before de-installing and re-installing the app, make sure you have backed up your device. I usually back it up to the iCloud. Then you can try doing a restore from the most current back-up and see if that corrects the issue. Hopefully this way you may be able to keep all your saved boosters and lives.
