I play this game for 7 year and when I try to connect with Facebook l lost my level please help me

Hello, you can even check your fb game setting. You may have to renew permission on fb so they can sync your progress.
Hiya there @rudinazahran Have you always been backing up your game progress to facebook?. If so you can still retrieve the data. You can always try a different browser.

Try logging out and restarting your device and then log back in with your account details and if still at level one try playing a level to see if it forces your game to sync

Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
