Lost my progress

My Facebook was hacked and lost. I created a new Facebook account. When Candy Crush synced with both my devices I lost all progress and now I.m back to level one. Please tell me I can retrieve my progress somehow. Remember, I don’t have access to the old Facebook account any longer.

Please connect a new Facebook or King account to the game and send Player Support an email from the game's Settings and Help Center with the sub topic "Game didn't save" and ask them to manually restore the levels on your new account.
