Why have I not received the rewards once our Fantastic Five have completed the 7000 pts. This has happened on the last two occasions. When I log in the team have moved on to the next 7000 pts.
@Gordon_Sloan Hi and welcome. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache
For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - problems with game missing rewards - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Are you sure your team reached 7000 points before the deadline? There is a known glitch in that the screen shows the team reached 7000 but if you add the points it is less. In this case the points continue to add and you still get the rewards once the team reaches 7000 before the deadline. If the deadline passes without actually adding up to 7000 that is a case where you won't get the rewards you think you should. I hope this helps.

Fantastic 5 has some graphics problems which means that even if your team doesn't collect 7000 points, you can see the total score is 7000.
If you show me a screenshot I can explain it to you in detail.
