Lives given by other players

When I try to use lived gifted to me by other players, the life is subtracted from the list of givers but does not add to the lives I am able to use.

I am playing on a laptop. I go to Candy Crush via Facebook so I have no idea what 'version' I am playing.

I have signed out of Facebook, cleared my cache, rebooted my computer and still have the same trouble.

Please help,

@Chandlerdd Hi and Welcome, Yes there is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives, unfortunately we have no time for a fix for this at present, but King is working with Facebook to get the issue resolved as soon as possible

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

Please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. If playing through browser please clear cache/history and restart your device and try again.

Please also note that there is a facebook error for sending recieving lives which is being looked out and hopefully soon will be resolved.
