If you're playing the game via FB account, this is an on-going issue. Please read below.
- When you press to send or receive a life, you'll receive a prompt to sign in to Facebook.
- Press this prompt and you'll see that a new tab opens in your native browser (this would be Safari on iOS, for instance, and Chrome on Android devices).
- Log in to Facebook through this browser and you'll now be able to send and receive lives.
- Please note that you need to log in again even if you're already logged into Facebook through the game or you have the Facebook app on your device. If you do not log in again here, the send and receive lives feature will not be activated.
Please note that if you clear the cache of your native browser, you'll have to repeat this process. If you have an application that automatically clears the browser cache, this could mean that the issue repeats.

Are you having any problems with lives exchanges?
- Keep the latest version of your device software
- Make sure your game app is updated.
- If you have no problem sending live from your game, follow this, Log out game - Restart device - Open game and log in.
Let me know if your problem is the same after following the steps above.
