Hi @ahmeddfe21000,

the problem you're describing usually presents when there's a connection error (could be the servers are overloaded) or a problem with a browser (not updated Flash player, timed out connection, cookie settings, ...).

This problem usually presented to me when playing on FB. I sorted it out with multiple refreshing of the page.

Not sure which device/platform you play on though 🤔
