HOW DO I GET OUT OF THE F5 TEAM AND GO BACK TO WHERE CC PICKED MY TEAM FOR ME

Welcome to the Candy Crush Saga Community! In some cases if you are in a F5 team you donβt want to be in if there is less people then you can exit it from the X in the corner of the box. If you want to be remove from the team and there is no solution then just ignore the team and when time runs out you will be put in a different team either automatically or it will give you the chance to create your own team or to join one.

Sorry but once you have chosen a custom team there is no way to go back to random teams. But you can change your current team, or you can create a new one.
I advise you to read THIS, it will be helpful for you.

when you have joined fantastic 5 custom teams it is not possible to go back to random teams all you can do is create another or join another team.
You could try disabling the feature in game settings for a few days to see if it forces you in to random teams but this it not guaranteed to work.

As others have mentioned, once you chose a custom tram, you can't go back to random teams. I suggest looking in the community and forming another team. I'm sure you'll find new team members that'll contribute to the end goal. π
