My game I can’t send it receive lives

I have reset my game and tried all the other things and it is still not working. PLEASE HELP

@CHRISSEY Hi and welcome, There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives that is being investigated, King are working with Facebook to resolve this issue, but currently we have no time on a fix for the issue at present

You may also be affected by the Facebook King problem. If you are connected via Facebook, check under Settings, Apps and websites whether your game is in the active list. Under edit the app, you can check whether the app is approved for sending.
