@philgeorge Hi and welcome, All you should need to do is sign in to your account and it should sync your progress and gold bars. Sometimes if you are still on level 1 play the level to see if this forces it to sync correctly
If you still have the issue see post below for help to get your levels restored

Hello @philgeorge and a very warm welcome to our wonderful community. Were you playing the games before on an iPad or other apple device? If you were playing on an older iPad, if you back-up the old device to the iCloud and then use that back-up to set up the new iPad, there is a chance you will still have any saved boosters and lives that you may have had in your game. Remember, saved lives and boosters reside with the actual device you are playing on, but if you are switching from an old iPad to a new iPad - then you should be able to transfer all your data from the old device to the new one (including the lives and boosters you had stored on the old device).

You can sync the levels and Gold Bars with your Facebook or King account.
To sync your whole game including Boosters between two iPhones, you can use iCloud or iTunes by backing up the old device and then restoring the new iPhone from that back up. Then all Boosters should transfer, but we cannot guarantee it since both iCloud and iTunes are systems provided by Apple and not King.
