@keryn Hi and welcome, If you still have your levels on one device this is a connection issue. Try logging out of the game on your iphone and then clear the cache in safari, restart your device and then log back in using the account on your ipad and see if this restores your levels. if on level 1 try playing a level to see if it will force sync
Any issues let us know and we can ask the CM tomorrow to check your account
@keryn Hi again, You must not be connecting to the correct account and this why you have not got the same levels as your ipad. can you not think of any other accounts you may have used for your ipad game.
Post the game ID on here of your ipad game and will ask the CM tomorrow if he can check the account on this
