Why do I keep losing my saved lives on Facebook and why am I not getting lives from friends?

I had over 900 lives saved, AGAIN and lost them about 10 days ago. I'm requesting lives and I typically get 10-15 a day and have not received any new lives in the last 4 days. What is going on?

Please note that at present there is an issue with sending and receiving lives that is being investigated. Unfortunately we have no time frame for a fix for this at present

Yes, there is a general problem with receiving and sending life. It's a facebook problem and affects a lot of gamers. King is about to fix it. But it will take time.
