@vickyoliver1962 Hi and welcome, please see post below for information regarding lives and why they can be lost, we advise not to store many lives as this can happen for reasons out of kings control.
For you boosters these should not be lost by just logging out of you device unless you game was not saved. all you can do in this case is try customer support and they mey help you, but usually they will only help with any boosters you have purchased and not used

Lives rebuild quickly when you have friends. Life and boosters are stored temporarily and can be lost for many reasons. But you can contact King Support about the booster. If you bought these, they will be refunded. If you have earned them, the support may give you some on goodwill. Just try

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
