still cannot play on one FB account of course where I have a really high level also keeps saying played recently which on that FB account I have not in about 2 months now so what seems to be the problem? the second time I had to start from the beginning

Don't worry! You can click here then you select a device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of login issue/problem that I hope you can connect your Facebook account while your progress is still saved. 😊
If it's still not worked after you try these steps above here, please report this problem to their Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), then waiting for their team will contact and help you to restore your progress soon. 😉
