Candy Crush Saga not loading on FACEBOOK-PC

Whenever I'm accessing candy crush saga from facebook PC it is not loading at all. It is showing blank white screen. I have tried different browser i.e google chrome, mozilla firefox and microsoft edge. I have even tried with different facebook account. But the game is working fine on my smartphone app. I have successfully access candy crush saga from facebook PC last month. Would request you to provide feedback. Thank you

  • Hi @walidankur I checked the game through different browsers on Facebook platform and I did not find any such problem. Moreover, since your problem is the same for every browser, I think the root cause of your problem is slow internet.

    @walidankur, the loading time od the app when accesing it through Facebook is the slowest, sometimes there are problems with accessing the servers as well, so problems occur.

    If you've tried different browsers it's probably a connection error, so try in a while later. Glad to hear your mobile app is working well 🙂

    Check on Facebook, under Settings, Apps and websites whether the game is on the Active List

    Hello, I've tried almost everything. Even I've checked on Facebook, under Settings, Apps and websites whether the game is on the Active List. My browsers are upto date. But still the problem persists. I have shared a screenshot of the problem. The page just remains pure blank white whenever I try to access the game from https://apps.facebook.com/candycrush/

    Please suggest me if there are any other things that can be done.

    @walidankur Hi and welcome, Have you cleared your internet browser cache and restarted your device to see if this resolves your issue

    I would also try downloading the latest version of Microsoft Edge as i had a few issues with chrome and tried The latest version of Edge and touch wood have had no issues since then

    Thank you for your suggestions. I've already tried different browsers. The game is not crashing, as you can see from the screenshot it is not loading at all on desktop PC. But it is working fine on smartphone apps.

    @walidankur I have tried on three browsers today and all loads ok on chrome , edge and firefox. So can only think this is an issue with your device. Clearing cache normally solves most browser issues. would try disabling you internet for 5 mins and then try reconnecting and then try game again
