Which window version do you have? It looks like Window 7. Can this be? Because Window 7 is no longer supported. Please switch to Window 10. There you can download the Window 10 app from the Window Store. Then you have no more problems.

Well, I just opened the game, walked off to grab a cup of coffee, came back 10 minutes later and the game was up ready to go. Guess I just needed to exercise some patience which I don't seem to have much of these days. Thanks for all the advice and everyone have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
