LOVE the Knockout- but recently I am not receiving the prizes!!

The Knockout thing is genius. I am pretty sure the players are not starting with the same seed. That would be incredible!! That's worth money!

All of that said, I am in the Masters League, and the last run I won 5 in a row - but I noticed right away that I did not get the usual "prize notification" after the 2rd game.

I should have received a color bomb, a wheel and a hammer and I a got none of it!!

Figured I'd jump on here while I wait for more "lives". Anything that be done about that??

Game ID is required, and you need to follow the steps on what it tells you to do. You can only submit issue reports within 90 days of the date of occurrence.

I find this interface confusing. I am not sure which of the two responses I am replying to.

Silly question, how do I find out what my "Game ID" or "ID number" is??

So I assume you have not had any other complaints of the Knockout event not delivering on the prizes?

I have searched for "Prizes not received after" and I do not get anything remotely related to my issue.

As much as I love the Knockout event, it did not deliver do my last run. Should I keep playing? Or might someone look into this?

This is really ticking me off! I play on both iPad and android. After posting the above complaint about my experience on the android I went back to the iPad, on which I had 5 wins. I won the 6th, and again I did not get the prize!.

Something is seriously broken here. And how the F### do I get my "Game ID" or "ID number"?

I restarted both the iPad and the android phone and I did get a stripy and a wheel on the iPad afterwards.

Ran out of attempts to get anything yet on the android phone.... hopefully its all right now as well.

Weird that it happened on both devices.

Thanks @Freddy_Falkner - what a not obvious method to find the game ID. Mine is 2244460021.

After resetting my devices things started working again. So who knows what happened.

How do I get to Subtopics? I searched for subtopics but did not come up with anything.
