I can't send or receive lives anymore

Since last week, I can't send or receive lives in the game anymore. I already removed the app and redownloaded it, which solved the issue for 5 minutes, but after that it didn't work again. When i press the send lives button, I can pick nu facebookfriends, but after that the pop-up does not appear, so I can't send the requests. And when someone sends me lives, I just don't receive any in my inbox. My app is up-to-date. Can someone please help me out? Thanks

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this.

Yes, the problem has occurred with many players. It's up to Facebook. King is working on it.

To be on the safe side, check your Facebook setting.

Settings / apps and websites, check whether the game is in the active list. Under edit you can check whether the game is authorized to send.
