Why am I not receiving lives?

For the past 2 days I am not receiving lives that I requested, but multiple "help" requests from the same 2 players. I know one of them has received a help request FROM me and has responded (she is my sister), yet I'm not receiving it. Also the other person who I have 3 help requests from in one day, I SENT a help request to. I play every day....so how can one player send 3 help requests in one day, if they only played once? Are you having any problems with lives exchanges?
- Keep the latest version of your device software
- Make sure your game app is updated.
- Follow this steps, Log out game - Restart device - Open game and log in.
Let me know if your problem is the same after following the steps above.
Moreever, there are also some issues with lives exchanges due to Facebook issues, you will find the latest info here.

@Misty_Sena Hi and welcome, Hopefully the information above has answered most of you issue, but would also check you facebook settings and webs and apps and make sure game and notifications are active. You can also receive multiple requests from 1 player asking for lives , this is a Downside to requesting lives but if you except all they will only receive one life per day

Here is my answer to your questions:-
- "I know one of them has received a help request FROM me and has responded (she is my sister), yet I'm not receiving it." A: Sometimes, it may take some time for it to reach you as there are many millions of players playing, thus, it may be delayed or lagged.
- "Also the other person who I have 3 help requests from in one day, I SENT a help request to. I play every day....so how can one player send 3 help requests in one day, if they only played once?" A: Clearly, this person is playing more than once a day, hence, the multiple requests being sent to you.
Nevertheless, as mentioned by Mr Sukanta, the issue of sending lives to or receiving lives from friends still persist and being fixed. We will update the player once the issue has been fixed.

Hi and welcome, this is currently a very common issue and is being looked into by the game team.
For your second question, this is one of the downsides of being able to receive free lives. Some people will always abuse it. Please note if you just accept all they will be cleared from your inbox and the player involved only gets 1 life per person per day. Usually when they realize this they stop sending so many
You can also switch notifications in facebook settings, but this will stop anyone being able to request lives from you.
