with the app of my ipad I am no longer able to connect to my account, therefore I cannot save my progress, this has been happening for a few days, I have done several checks, nothing changes

Hi.

Welcome to the sweet King community.

This connection error appeared weeks ago, some players solved it by turning off the internet connection of the device (not the router) for a couple with the game open. When I turned on the device connection again everything worked correctly.
