Firstly, please ensure that your internet connectivity is strong, if no issue, please log out again, check for update on app. If there is update needed, please proceed to update, after that restart/reboot device, log back in and see whether it works.
To update the app, your device must have at least 2GB storage space.
If the above doesn't work, please exit game, disconnect your internet from your game/device, wait for a minute or more, then reconnect back your device, and try to log in again.
