All stored boosters in Inventory disappeared

This is the second time I have had this happen now. All the boosters I amassed in game in my Inventory disappeared when my phone switched off during playing a level. My level progress has remained the same this time (although last time it got reset back to level 1). I use a king account profile that I log into to save my progress usually. What can I do to get those boosters in my inventory back?

@SilverX Hi and welcome, IN the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself. so if you phone or game crashes, you uninstall or even change phones you boosters are lost and not Transferable / recoverable

Unless you had any unused purchased boosters you can then contact customer support from your game

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email

or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Yes I'm using an android mobile device. So basically they are lost (as they were not purchased items). And I assume there is no way to prevent this from happening?

@SilverX Only the normal keep your phone charged when playing, if you can back up to a cloud that can help as sometimes if you restore your game from a cloud back up you get your boosters back (does not always work). There are also other ways if you google search but some to complex to try to explain

Ok what should I be googling? How to preserve app data or how to get boosters back from a cloud backup? Am intrigued to know the complex methods, be Aude I don't shy away from complex stuff usually. Lol
