Please take note that the purchase may take a while to register. You may try the following steps.
- Exit game, wait for a while, go back to the game, play a level and see whether you are able to have access to the golden lamp.
- Disconnect your device from the internet without exiting the game, wait for few seconds or a minute, reconnect back your device to the internet, play a level and check on the event tab for the magic lamp.
- Repeat item no. 2 again if it doesn't work first time.
- If all the above doesn't work, please contact King Support team and describe your issue on the purchase. Your request will be processed during working hour. Do reply to their email accordingly if you have received their respond and keep a proof of purchase for any recovery of items being purchased. Do note that you may also be directed back here for Support help.
