Hi for some reason it’s not letting me claim anymore tiers in this event. It was before but now it’s blank now and I haven’t seen anything even after I completed an additional 20+ levels. I have reinstalled the game also.

Make sure your game is updated , also sometimes events disappears and come back again . You can write to king on contact us section .

Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it solves your case.

Sorry I already did all that. The game is up to date as I mentioned that I had reinstalled the game already. Which I thought that implies that I do have the most current version and also has me logged out. I’ve had my device turned off several times in the last several days.
The part about the event sometimes disappearing, isn’t my case though. Since as you can see in my screenshots. The event is still there for another 7 days and even tells me that I have unclaimed rewards to claim.
@amoeba2315 Hi and welcome, Have seen a couple of people with this issue, if you have gone as far as uninstalling the game you can not do any more. must be a temporary issue with the feature that will hopefully be remedied.
Same here...this is ridiculous. I even paid $4.99 thinking that might release what it said I had already achieved on the free path so I could get the rewards and it still just says I have unclaimed rewards. Can you make this right, please?

We're sorry for your inconvenience😔 As per the screenshot above I can see the Magic Season is not uploading properly and I think it is a graphics problem. Also we have received a few more reports about the problem and we will report the problem to our team. However it may be a little late to find a solution to this situation as it is now the holiday season.
