I have been trying to send LIVES request to my friends & they don't seem to be receiving any of my requests. Kindly explain why they don't receive?

@scorpio111 Hi and welcome, Please check you device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this resolves your issue
If not check Facebook settings under webs and app and make sure the game is active and notifications allowed
If this does not work there is some people that are experiencing an error with sending and receiving lives, This issue is being investigated, but we have no time frame on a fix for this at present

As you can read in the link, it affects many players. The problem lies in a connection between Facebook and King. It has been worked on for a long time. We'll have to wait. But check your Facebook settings and always update your game.

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives from Facebook , At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this
