@nannygoat If your game is originally saved with a King or Facebook account, you should only need to sign in to your new device with these details and it should automatically sync, but if you get any issues just let us know

Note that you will lose your boosters if you reinstall. Only your game status and your gold will be transferred if you have saved your game on Facebook or King.

As our game expert has already told you if your game is stored on Facebook or Kingdom, you will get game progress back by logging in to iPad with the same ID. However, if you have not yet saved your game through an account, you may need to use another method.
