I play on android and my wife too and facebok as well.

im so confused since we both have different email adresses and Game id's but my progress always overwrites hers. Also i log on to the game trhu my King account while she logs with her facebook account on his mobile.

Hi. I see that Freddy is solving your problem, but I want to step in to clarify something. Now we know the IDs of both, but when your wife's Facebook data appears in your session, what is the ID that appears?

I did it and now my wifes progress is loss and it shows mine. (but again, with his account, user id, profile pic and all)

It seems that both accounts are related in some level that cant understand.

She dont have Kings Account. She logs on the app with her facebook account.

If it possible to restore my wifes progress before the sign out - sign in process i've followed, here's her Game ID : 12188576678

Update: I've opened the game app at my wife's phone and it prompted me to log in again (with facebook since she dont have King's account). She is now with my progress, not hers.

Hi hechicerilla! no facebook data appears on my device. On hers, it shows her facebook account data (i dont have facebook).

@MaxiContreras. I agreed that your issue is rather complicated. I can't be of help much since the proposed solutions and the relevant links have been provided to you earlier by @Freddy_Falkner and I. You can refer back to those links and try again.

If still fails, please email to King's Support again by selecting "Problem with Games" and sub-topic "Game didn't Save". Thereafter, please provide them your ID as well as your wife's ID in the message box and request them to restore your level.

Since it's a holiday week, it may take a while for them to process your request. Further, only our Community Managers are able to restore the level but they are on leave until early next year.

Your patience on the above is greatly appreciated and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

@MaxiContreras Hi, Starting on your wifes android device, sign both out of facebook and the game. Then go to the device app store and clear the cache from the game. Restart her device and then log back in to the game with her account details. See if this shows her progress. Then you can reconnect to the Facebook

If this does not work she will need to use link to get her levels manually restored

Let me know how you get on with this and then will try to advise on your device
