Hi! I restarted playing candy crush after a while. I dont have facebook anymore so i logged with mi king account (created so many years ago) and lost the progress. I dont care about that, but when i try to play into de webapp game on my pc it doen't sync my progress. besides that, my wife added me to her group and she sees me like if i'm herself with her facebook account. (as she playis from her same account) i dont remember if when i created my account i linked it to a facebook account or what is happening. I want just my king account. No facebook related . Also i tried to uninstall and reinstall facebook app from my wife's account and now she lost her progress and the app shows mine. (it's wierd since we have different emails adresses obviously).
I've contacted support and recieved an automatic reply with a guide that doesn't help, and sending me here.

@MaxiContreras Hi and welcome, So i can advise you better can you both log into your accounts and tell me the game IDs if they are the same or different. Bit complex but normally if a game merges the Facebook account will always overwrite the king account, but you saying you wife Facebook seems to have your king account levels.

Please refer to the following suggested solutions for you.
If you still have the progress in your Facebook, please sync your progress with King.com, by following the steps below:
- Go to the King website at King.com
- Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
- Select ‘Account’
- You will be prompted to confirm your password
- Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
- Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com
IF your wife is using your device and the game got connected to their account instead, you will need to log them out and then log back in to your account in the game. Tap 'My Profile' in the game and log out in the bottom of the page to disconnect the account from the game.
If the connection to someone else's Facebook account stays stuck even though you have disconnected them, please go here to force the game to connect to your account instead.

@MaxiContreras are you signed in with your Facebook account after you've reinstalled the Facebook or it's signed with your wife's account but it shows your profile?
Please log out from all games and accounts. No need to log in to your Facebook, just log in to your King's account. Then perform the steps to sync your progress that was last saved in your FB account by following the steps I've posted earlier using PC.
Do not reinstall your game app as you will lost all your stored boosters.
Hope it works out for you. Let us know if you still need help. If all fails, you may need to provide your game ID to the King Support again for them to manually restore your level.
