Getting lives

I try and request for lives from others but I can’t, it say something about errors. What can be done ?

An issue with receiving / sending lives via Facebook is currently being investigated.

Please can you attach a screenshot showing the error that appears?

@lilirae19 Hi and welcome, Please check you device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and see if this resolves your issue

If not check Facebook settings under webs and app and make sure the game is active and notifications allowed

if this does not work there is some people that are experiencing an error with sending and receiving lives, This issue is being investigated, but we have no time frame on a fix for this at present

I would like to know why is it that some people get to watch videos for a free lives...I have a friend who can watch videos...I really feel that this is not fair to ALL who play...I have to wait for lives or ask...Please make it fair for everyone...Either videos or no videos but do this for everyone...

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
