Newbie here 🙋🏽♀️ First of all, I’m so happy to be here. Yay. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you. Thank you. Your welcome is heartwarming! So, I’m on level 2,734 and never made a purchase. I recently won 60 gold bars and decided to use some to continue playing a game during the holidays. After using 24 (12 for 5 lives) I realized I still wasn’t getting through the level. Okay. The next day, I noted my bank account was debited for the cost of using the gold bars. 😲😢 I even finally purchased the piggy bank that kept starring at me. You know the one. What is the purpose of winning gold bars for free, if you can’t use them unless you pay? 😫🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Help. I don’t think I like what I’m reading about this. No way!

If you mean the piggy bank, the gold is not won, but you can buy it cheaper.
But unfortunately we are not responsible for problems with payments. You have to contact King Support directly.
You can also contact King Support using this contact form. But for this you also need your player ID

I was suckered into purchasing my Piggy Bank. She continued looking at me with that sad little piggy bank face, so yes. I purchased Pinky and I’m okay with that.
I understand now that you can only use your gold bars for free, when you want extra moves at the end of an episode. I was mistakenly using the bars to obtain 5 more lives once I ran out. I think I have it.
But now my intentional purchases aren’t showing up. Technology isn’t perfect and sometimes uh hum, the user is far worse. 😬 🤫 I will attempt to retrieve my purchases so I can continue. Thank you for your response and direction Werner_Cichy.

@iWonder_Woman Hi and welcome. If your purchases are not showing up try logging out and restarting your device and then log back in and see if they show as sometimes there can be a delay. if not please follow post from @Werner_Cichy on contacting customer support on missing purchases
