Lost all my booster candy

I am past level 1000 but I never created an account until I got a new phone. My level progress saved but I lost all my gold bars and all my boosters. I had almost 100 boosters of the chocolate candy and the striped/packaged combo. Plus around 50 gold bars. Losing these has made it almost impossible to win levels where I'm at plus I'm no longer able to watch ads for boosters or lives. Can anything be done about this?

In the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since boosters are stored locally on device memory, we cannot guarantee that your boosters are secure.

@alexemilywilson Hi and welcome, Hi and welcome, If you had an account both your levels and gold bars should have synced as these are stored on kings servers, but in the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself, so if your game or device crashes, you uninstall, create a new account or even change device your boosters are lost and are unrecoverable unless you had any unused bought boosters and then you can contact customer support regarding these
Video ads is a test feature and these are given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but could be again in the future

Well, when I discovered the boosters were gone I went back to the old device, which the game is now associated with this account and the boosters are gone on them as well. And I'm correct in the assumption that if I got back and play easier levels, these won't count in the various mini game progress to help gain more boosters?
