I have lost all my levels

Over 2,000 levels in the past 7 years. OMG. I play on my IPhone through Facebook, but it won’t let me retrieve. 😭

@kimnbear Hi and welcome, Please see post below for help getting your level restored, first sign out the game and check for updates and the restart your device and log back in. If you are still at level 1 try playing a level to see if it forces your game to sync
