Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Hi there @jdmitchell and Happy New Year to you.
I think you are referring to the F5 team reward, which reward the team members a 1 hour of color bomb plus 1 hand switch and 1x1hr wrapped + striped candies, 1x1hr color bomb, 1xUFO when you reaches the 2nd and 3rd legs respectively.
I'm guessing that you've missed these rewards because you either play too slow or you've been inactive for quite sometime, whereby your members may have completed the whole 7K few times before you are able to claim those prizes. It happens to me before when I got stuck at a level for too long and I'm not able to claim those prizes although it technically shows I did.

It may be, as already mentioned, that you were too slow and did not play for a while. But it is also possible. That when I pick up the bonus on the PC or in the Win 10 app, it is displayed on the mobile device, but is no longer credited. If this is not the case for you, you should contact King Support.
