I have been playing Kong games for years and till about 3 weeks ago all was fine I play on a laptop through f/b I have checked Chrome and it's all up to date I have cleared all the rubbish and have also tried using Explorer but nothing works The page is loading but then nothing I am not the only one who is having this problem when using a laptop Can anyone HELP!!
@abbs31 Hi and welcome, check you browser is up to date and clear the browser cache restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue. I did have a few issues with chrome, so i downloaded the latest version of Edge and have had no issues with this since touch wood. Would state that do not have much trouble with chrome now either so may just need up dating and cache clearing

@abbs31 is your laptop running windows 10 ? If so have you tried the App. Around 3 weeks ago was when flash support ended but all games are currently in HTML5 format so clearing browser cache and making sure browser is up to date should solve this issue.
Only other option would be to contact customer support from your game to see if they can look into your issue

Slow internet can be the main reason for the problem you are facing so you should check if your internet is working properly. If you are sure your internet is working properly then you need to follow the troubleshooting steps below.
I have already checked that there is no such problem in my case.

My internet connection is really good and I have followed all the advice given but I still cannot access the games it is only King games that are affected other games are running great I use Chrome which is upto date and I have also tried Edge no success I have checked the HTML5 and its 528 so no probs there it's strange as a friend is having the same problems her problem started after mine
