Level 68 shows you need 3,200,000 for sugar stars, 1,600,000 for 3 stars and 110,000 for 2 stars - looks like developers ccidently added an extra zero on 3 stars. Can a ticket be raised to fix this? I can't get sugar stars and cannot get platinum trophy for this episode.
Thanks!
@Saif24 Hi and welcome, The issue was that a few months back there was a change to how the scoring was done, due to this there are some levels that have not been modified scoring wise. Whether this will be changed or not i do not know but guess eventually the game studio will get round to it. Before the scoring was modified i managed to get to level 1000 all 3 stars ( was no sugar star then) then found too many level were nearly impossible to get 3 star achievement . Although i admire your determination to get 3 stars you will find this difficult and you will probably be better concentrating on passing levels and coming back from time to time to see if the scoring has been modified as with the amount of levels the studio is churning out this may be at the bottom of the list
Hello everyone!
@Saif24 Thank you very much for bringing this up and for sharing with us the rationale behind it.
I passed your feedback and talked to our Level designers, and you were right.
In this case, the 3 stars score has to be changed. We will make some adjustments and very soon we will see them in the game (most likely this week).
Thank you all very much for your comments Candy Crushers.
Keep your feedback coming, and happy crushing everyone! 🍬 🍬
Hi there @Saif24 and Happy New Year to you.
I've just replayed this level and yes I agree with you that it is difficult to get 3 or even sugar stars after attempting several times.
When I play this level almost 8 years ago, I think it's easily achievable and throughout the years, King has made changes to the game and that's how it is now and I don't think King will make any short term changes for now.
If you find it difficult to achieve 3 stars or sugar stars for this level, I suggest that you continue playing and to finish the episode race in top 3 position to receive better rewards. You can always strive to achieve better trophy in the next episode.
Thank you for your question and let us know if you need help with other issues in the game.

Even using 99 stripes you wouldn't even be halfway to reaching 3.2m, the average people get is 500k. This is likely a mistake.
Let's do the math. If people get 500k normally on a good day, you would need 2.7m more. the only feasible way to get 2.7m whilst not clearing all jellies before getting that score and you only have under 30 movies is to spam hundreds and hundreds of stripes on a single line and use a jawbreaker mix with it which would take hours - actually you would need stripes in the thousands. I literally cannot think of another way to get the score as it's a clear jelly level small map with 4 colour combinations so other boosters would end the level too fast and not be suitable. (2.7m / 500 as 500 is the stripes points is over 5000 stripes but ofcourse accounting for the points given by stripes hitting normal candy you would need a bit less but still in the thousands)
So verdict - no it is not normal to need to use thousands of stripes on a single level which would take hours. In fact I have never seen a single person get even halfway close to that 3.2m sugar score.
To be honest I am surprised to see I am explaining how ridiculous this point score is and how it is not normal, thought it was rather obvious?

Freddy's the only one who offered anything of substance, but his explanation isn't applicable here. The scoring system changes he referred to have to do with old levels that used to give huge point boosts when a color bomb was used on a candy bomb (the candies with countdown timer).
I opened L68 just now, and see the entire level was redone from when I played it years ago, so clearly this is not a case of a level that used to give the candy bomb multiplier bonus. (the old versions of the level are shown here: Level 68/Versions | Candy Crush Saga Wiki | Fandom)
As you suggest, it looks like a programmer made a typo during the level redesign for the 3-star and Sugar Star targets, adding an extra 0 to the end of both. What's most telling is the 3rd star isn't even visible on the level display, where it should be. At the end is just a 2nd star image. This is my gameplay on the Win10 app:
I suggest you send your complaints to comm manager @Crazy Cat Lad since that's the only Kingster I've seen with a working brain. To tag someone, use the @ symbol and type the username next to it.
This is definitely the case the level before and right after are 300,000ish to get 3 stars why is there just randomly one that's 1.3 million it's literally impossible, you can't raise this issue with them all you get is an automated replie and this same issue has been raised 7 times with everyone agreeing that it's a mistake but getting them to fix it is a whole different story.
